Scheme of work and topic list for the T-Level in Engineering (Design and Development - 8714) Outcome 10 The scheme of work has been made to be as simple to adjust as possible. It can be easily modified or copied/pasted into a school or college template. The scheme of work has been made to follow the specification closely, and I can confirm that after teaching the first year during 22/23 it was a successful delivery plan.
